Set of cast thimbles from a Carlsbad region Jaeger rifle, made for a tapered ramrod, in German silver. Set of two uppers and one lower. The inside of the entry thimble measures .380 with an overall length of 3 1/2" with the barrel portion being 1 1/8" long. The inside of the middle thimble measures .400 with an overall length of 1 1/4". The inside of the upper thimble measures .435 with an overall length of 1 5/16". The skirt of the entry thimble is engraved with a stag and all three of the pipes have neat borders engraved on each octagon section.
