The inside of the lower thimble measures about.360. Overall length of the entry pipe is 4 3/4" with the barrel portion being 1 1/2", OAL of the uppers is 1 1/2".

TH-BM-E-I - 7/16” bore Lower Steel (entry pipe)

Browning Mountain rifle Lower or Entry Thimble. These thimbles measure 3" total length with the round barrel portion being 1.200 long. OD of the barrel is .560 and the ID is .437. They are designed to be held to the stock with a 6-32 machine screw from inside the barrel channel. ***We do not carry these screws***

TH-CA-GS Carlsbad Jaeger rifle thimbles - German silver

Set of cast thimbles from a Carlsbad region Jaeger rifle, made for a tapered ramrod, in German silver. Set of two uppers and one lower. The inside of the entry thimble measures .380 with an overall length of 3 1/2" with the barrel portion being 1 1/8" long. The inside of the middle thimble measures .400 with an overall length of 1 1/4". The inside of the upper thimble measures .435 with an overall length of 1 5/16". The skirt of the entry thimble is engraved with a stag and all three of the pipes have neat borders engraved on each octagon section.
